Namir Shmara
President
Namir founded NKS Mechanical Contracting, Inc. in July 2005 and is the President and Treasurer. In 1989, he graduated from the Mechanical Engineering program from California State University, Fullerton. Namir has over 30 years experience in the Mechanical Construction and Engineering field, with a focus on Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning construction. He has a successful background in estimating, scheduling, value engineering, budgeting, and staff training. He leads the team to deliver safe, reliable, and quality projects on time.
Hani Nasr
Project Manager
Since 2009, Hani has been a integral team member. Hani holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in the United States and also in Dubai. His certification list is extensive and includes Project Scheduling, BIM, Value Engineering, Managing Changes, Change Orders & Construction Directives, Construction Project Delays & Damages, Deficiencies of Construction Schedule, Resolving Construction Disputes, Project Constructability Review, Project Safety Culture, WBS & Managing Risks on Complex Capital Projects. Hani is currently earning his CCM Certification to add to his portfolio.
Don Cawley
Superintendent
Since 1978, Don has been in the trade of quality construction with a specialization in the HVAC field. At a young age, he started as a Sheet Metal Local 108 Apprentice and worked his way up to Superintendent. He is hands-on when it comes to rolling out projects and oversees all on-site logistics. Don joined NKS Mechanical Contracting Inc. in 2007 and as a Foreman/Installer, and Superintendent.
Mayada Shmara
Office Manager
Mayada is the Office Manager who directs payroll and administrative procedures of the company. She supervises bookkeeping including prevailing wages, certified payroll and all labor compliance related matters. Mayada joined NKS Mechanical Contracting Inc. in 2012.
Veronica Spallino
Accounts Payable
Veronica is our professional accounts payable associate and is responsible for financial and clerical support of the company. She ensures the accuracy of financial documents related to payments, auditing and tax purposes. She maintains meticulous records and verifies compliance with all standards.
Finni Uribe
Project Coordinator
Finni supports our project management team. He coordinates project tasks and resources as well as project estimation and bidding. Finni is our direct point of contact to suppliers, vendors and other strategic partners.
