President
Namir established NKS Mechanical Contracting, Inc. in July 2005 and serves as the President and Treasurer of the company. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering program at California State University, Fullerton, in 1989. With over 30 years of experience in mechanical construction and engineering, he specializes in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning. Namir brings extensive expertise in estimating, scheduling, value engineering, budgeting, and staff training. His commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety ensures the successful completion of projects while fostering strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Mayada Shmara
Office Manager
Mayada is the Office Manager and oversees the administrative functions of the company, and she has been with NKS since 2012. Her primary responsibilities include prevailing wages, certified payroll, bookkeeping, and all labor compliance-related matters. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and staying up to date with regulatory requirements. With her extensive experience, attention to detail, and commitment to efficiency, Mayada helps support both the internal team and external partners to keep projects running seamlessly
Bharath T.
Project Engineer
Bharath is a highly skilled Project Engineer with extensive experience across all phases of construction, from planning to completion and occupancy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management from California State University, Long Beach.
As a CMIT Level I professional and a member of CMAA, Bharath is proficient in project scheduling and management tools, including MS Project, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6. He has also completed OSHA 30-Hour Safety Training, underscoring his commitment to workplace safety and industry best practices.
